Our mission is to be at all times a consistent, high quality, highly educated, well informed, extremely motivated staff which will propel us into the future and make us the preferred veterinary hospital in Charlotte County..............this will be accomplished by: Providing excellent patient and client services which should include: oInformative and easily understood and well-explained client education. oTop quality products and service all supplied by a friendly and compassionate staff. The hospital will be presented at all times to be safe, warm and clean. The staff will be caring, compassionate, and have high standards at all times which is what Pampered Pet Health Center has become known for and will continue to be. We will treat all pets as if they were our own by providing the best care possible and remaining at all times educated on new technology and procedures. We understand that every client is unique and has different expectations and we will continue to improve our communication skills. We will always offer the best treatment plan for every pet. We also recognize that all clients must work within their budget and we will offer many options so that the pet can at all times receive the best care the client can provide. We will continue to grow and remain current with the times and offer to our clients the most innovative treatments possible. We will be open to change and insure that any change we make in protocol will be in the best interest of the pet. Our doctors and staff will remain highly educated and well informed in the care and treatment of every patient and in maintaining the human-pet bond.
